One lead looks after your project from the first workshop to launch and beyond. You'll work with the person actually doing the work, so you're never passed between teams or left waiting on a reply.
We say what we mean and skip the jargon. If something isn't worth doing, or isn't the right fit for you, we'll tell you, even if that means less work for us.
We build on open-source Drupal and hand everything over properly, so the platform is yours. We'll keep supporting you after launch, but you're always free to take it elsewhere.
Our team is small by design, with no account managers or extra layers in between. You pay for the people building your platform, not the overhead around them.
